Terms of Service
Last updated: May 26, 2026
These terms govern access to Account-Flow, a connector and reporting service operated by Montero and Viera LLC. Client-specific statements of work, service agreements, or written instructions may add to or supersede these terms for a particular engagement.
Service description
Account-Flow helps authorized business clients connect source systems, import read-only data, reconcile activity, and prepare reporting, management information, or accounting workflow outputs. Supported sources may include Amazon Selling Partner API, Meta Ads, Shopify, accounting platforms, payment processors, spreadsheets, and other systems authorized by the client.
Authority to connect accounts
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have authority to authorize each connected account, store, marketplace, ad account, business manager, or accounting system. By authorizing a connector, the client confirms that Account-Flow may access the approved data for the agreed services.
Permissions and credentials
- Account-Flow requests only the platform permissions or roles needed for the approved workflow.
- OAuth tokens and similar credentials are stored securely and are not intended to be shared manually.
- Clients should not send raw tokens, app secrets, passwords, security codes, or payment credentials through email, chat, screenshots, spreadsheets, or workbook tabs.
- Clients may revoke connector authorization in the source platform at any time.
Read-only connector posture
Unless a written client agreement and approval process says otherwise, Account-Flow connectors are read-only. We do not create ads, change campaigns, alter Amazon listings, modify payouts, move money, update bank details, change account security settings, or post accounting entries through a connector without separate authorization.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate authorization, account identifiers, and business information.
- Keep source-platform accounts active and in good standing.
- Review reports, reconciliations, and proposed accounting actions before relying on them for books, filings, operational decisions, or external reporting.
- Review and comply with the terms of connected platforms, including Amazon, Meta, Shopify, and accounting providers.
- Notify us promptly if authorization should be revoked, data should be deleted, or access appears unauthorized.
Third-party platforms
Account-Flow depends on third-party APIs and platform availability. Amazon, Meta, Shopify, and other platforms may change access requirements, approval status, scopes, roles, rate limits, data fields, or availability. Account-Flow is not endorsed by those platforms unless expressly stated by the platform.
Data protection
Our data handling commitments are described in the Privacy Policy. In summary, we do not sell client platform data, we limit data use to the authorized service, and we protect connector credentials using secure storage and least-privilege access.
Service limits
We work to keep integrations reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to external platforms, error-free imports, or that every source record will be available from a third-party API. Some outputs may require client review, manual adjustment, or additional source documents.
Termination and revocation
A client may stop using a connector by revoking access in the connected platform or contacting info@account-flow.com. We may suspend or restrict connector access to protect security, comply with law or platform rules, or prevent misuse.
