Data Deletion Instructions

Account-Flow is operated by Montero and Viera LLC. Clients can request deletion of connector data and revoke platform access at any time. This page is intended to satisfy platform app review requirements, including Meta data deletion instructions.
How to request deletion
- Email info@account-flow.com with the subject line Data deletion request.
- Include the business/client name, connected platform, and account/store/ad account/marketplace you want disconnected or deleted.
- We will verify that the requester is authorized for that client or account before deleting or disconnecting data.
What we delete
After a verified request, we delete or disable stored OAuth tokens and remove non-required connector data from active systems. Some records may be retained only where needed for legal, accounting, security, dispute-resolution, or audit obligations.
How to revoke access directly
- Meta: remove Account-Flow from Meta Business integrations/settings or remove partner/ad-account access in Meta Business Settings.
- Amazon: revoke the Account-Flow application authorization in Amazon Seller Central or the applicable Amazon authorization settings.
- Shopify/accounting platforms: uninstall the app or revoke app access from the platform’s app settings.
Revoking access stops future imports, but you should still email us if you want stored Account-Flow connector data deleted from active systems.
